Vendored rather than fetched so the MITOMAP-minus-ClinVar build stays a deterministic function of its two parents: comparing two spellings of one mitochondrial indel needs the bases to their left, and a build whose outcome depended on connectivity would publish a different increment offline. Taken from NCBI nuccore on 2026-09-27; it agrees with every ref in the ClinVar chrMT parquet (3,104 of 3,104).
